November 17, 2004: OTN changed it's look and feel......again

It's only half a year ago that OTN changed its site. The orientation is now more horizontal. Probably visitors didn't notice all the items at the bottom :-(. At the same time I wandered if OTN is running on Oracle Portal.
Despite a large monitor, I prefer the horizontal orientation.
